Cheryl Otstott May 9, 2016 - Hi Shopkins, I understand your frustration but I write a blog so I may not have all the answers that a support centre rep might have. What I have found on your issue is that you should remove all the global or Xerox drivers and reboot your computer. You should be using the global driver or a Xerox PS Color Class driver.

The Global Driver is available at. Download and run the driver installer from Xerox.com and cancel the wizard and install manually with a Sandard TCP/IP port. If you install a Class driver run the wizard and don’t uncheck the Query printer for driver option it will convert the port to WSD.

Brightnoise July 17, 2016 - SOLVED! –Same problem encountered. Solution: use the Windows 8.1 (64 or 32 bit) driver. No compatibilitry problem; it just works fine.

For the sake of time (and my sanity), can you please tell me why 8.5×11 folded & stapled booklets in PDF and Microsoft Publisher formats are not printing correctly? They print out shrunken down and not stapled.

I can get the machine to fold using the bi-fold option but not fold and staple with the booklet setting on. Mantas Sasnauskas July 21, 2016 - Hello Cheryl Otstott, could you please help me. I have Xerox workcentre 7345. It is absolutely wonderful machine. When I was using Windows 7 the machine was printing with incredible accuracy.

But since I installed Windows 10 the Print quality dropped dramatically. It blurs the poly-lines and text, as if they have a shadow. I believe it is the driver problem because Xerox was printing with absolute accuracy before Windows 10.

Now it prints horrible with all the same programs of Adobe reader, MS Office Word and Autodesk AutoCAD. Ivan August 13, 2016 - This is a very weird thing. I just upgrade into windows 10 64bits my desktop PC, then my Phaser 6000B Color printer was installed correctly, but when I try to print any document containing a picture or image it doesn’t work. Word 2016, for example crashes and gets close every time I send to print a picture.

Mike October 19, 2016 - Hi, I have just bought Fuji Xerox DocuPrint 265 z and the installation seemed working very well until I reached the stage where it told me me to plug in the USB cable, even though I am pretty sure the cable was there. I read here that there might be a compatibility problem with Windows 10 so I uninstalled that program to see if I can go on with the printer installation but despite several attempts, it always stopped at a level very close to the end, asking me to plug in the USB cable.

Since my laptop doesn’t have drivers in it, I have to use the Internet software instead of the provided CD for the setting up process, so a cable is a must, even though I went wireless. Jesse Cook November 15, 2016 - We have Xerox Phaser 7100, Xerox 7545 Copier, and Xerox 7845 copier and when we try to print Tabloid (11″x17″) Landscape on Google Earth Pro, it only prints in portrait orientation. I have tried Global driver, printer specific driver, PCL driver, Postscript driver, and all the orientation settings I can find and it will not do Landscape in Tabloid size. We do not have this issue in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite apps, Microsoft Office apps, or any of our other software. And other brand printers can print Tabloid in Google Earth Pro (latest version) without issue. How can we get this resolved?

I have had a XEROX Work Center PE 16 for several years, and have enjoyed every moment of use. It still appears as new. Because no one could give me any solution when I got this problem about 1 year ago, I did throw de first printer away. But now I am having the same problem with my second printer. It seems that my laptop cannot get connection with my laptop over the USB-port.

When I press the red reset button at the same time as the menu button, it prints the status pages normally and with colours, so the printing functions from the printer are ok. Removing the USB- and the power cable and reconnecting them don’t give any solution.

Afterwards I removed the printer from my system and connected the cables again, my laptop does don’t recognize the printer automatically even not afterwards I restarted my laptop. Because I removed the printer completely from my system, did a C: disk clean up I installed the last Dutch drivers x64 for Win10 from the Xerox site. Still my printer will not be recognized anymore by the laptop. It seems that the internal USB-port in the printer does not work correct anymore, because other USB-devices will be recognized when I connect them with my laptop.

Printing Scout does not recognize my printer even with Win 10, but that is, I think, another problem. But because Printing Scout does not work correctly I cannot make a fault diagnosis or try some reset functions even. Do you probably have a solution for this problem(s)?

I have a new printer work centre 3025, Windows 10, I have downloaded the drivers from the web page you recommend for Windows 8/10, the printer printed around 100 pages already, after started to say there is no paperand stopped working, I moved the paper, switched on and off the printer, computer, put new paper, nothing happenedlater the printer started to work again for some while and again the same problem appeared. Now the printer says put new toner, the one which is inside still printed normally. The printer is one week old. Do you have any suggestion how to resolve the problem? Is it the printer with a problem form the fabrics or what can it be? How can I adjust it?
